Hi! What an honour to have such a knowledgeable group of women join our magazine editorial team.
JWOW! or Jewish Women of Wisdom, was started by a group of women of 50+ to impart life lessons to the younger generation. The knowledge that they collectively share is imparted with wisdom and understanding, but most of all they are each talking from a place of life experiences.
In each issue, we will be asking a question, and we hope that the answers, though varied, will help you come to a better understanding of the issues raised.
As this is our first-birthday-celebration issue, and it is at the same time as the yahrtzeit of Rebbetzin Chaiky Rubin, z’l, in who’s memory this magazine was started, I thought that this question that was posed to me was one that JWOW! would be able to answer by applying their unique understanding.
